Decisions and Changes:
Most of the changes between these layouts came from the method our group took in divvying up the work; we split the city into three main sectors and each created at least one of our own versions of each. However, I did make some changes to my layouts as we merged them together into the final one. For example, in my final city layout, I added a lot more roads and increased the density of the buildings in order to sell the “downtown” feel and make it feel more busy, in contrast to the other sectors. I also integrated the sports stadium from some of my team members’ layouts into my final city design because I thought it would be a great addition and make the city feel more whole.
