Sound & Narrative Design Update


Since my last post, I've done a lot of work on picking out and implementing sounds for the game. Sounds have been picked out for all player actions, and I've also picked out 3D environmental sounds. For implementation, I went in the player script in order to add a system where if the player turns the bird left or right, the wind will progressively pick up in volume. I also set up Audio Clips for implementation of other sound effects.

Although it's not in sound/narrative design, I also added animations to the bird; specifically, when the player is pointing and moving upward, the bird will play a flapping animation.

For the next week, I'm planning on beginning to add 3D environmental sounds in-engine, such as the sounds of the city, park, and neighborhoods.
